8/19/15- Lesson Overview

Collinear- figures that exist on the same line

Coplanar- figures that exist on the same plane

Intersection- common “part” of two or more other “things”

Opposite Rays- two rays that are collinear, have a common endpoint, and go in different directions

Be able to identify the intersection of different geometric objects:

  • Two lines intersecting (at a point)
  • A line intersecting a plane (at a point)
  • Two planes intersecting (at a line)

We then got practice on the worksheet working with all the vocab/ideas in the course so far.
